Refunds and Returns

It is important to us that you are happy with your StressEraser.

Unwanted or Unsuitable StressErasers

If you are unhappy with a StressEraser you have purchased from us, you may return the StressEraser so that we receive it within 30 days of the date on which we dispatched the item for a refund (excluding delivery costs and any administration charges). Your StressEraser must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Before returning your StressEraser , please email us at info@stresseraser-uk.com and tell us that you are returning your order and need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Damaged Items

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as immediately and we will provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return a StressEraser

Place the item in the original shipping box or package. Please include all the internal and external packaging, the user or instruction guide, any leaflets that were included with the item, and the original invoice. Please ensure that the User Guide and all other literature is returned in an uncreased and uncrumpled state. On the back of the original invoice, indicate the reason you are returning the item (wrong or damaged product, or you changed your mind).

Email us at info@stresseraser-uk.com and tell us that you are returning your order and need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Include this number in the back of the original invoice, and return your order to:

PLEASE NOTE : It is essential that you include your RMA number in your package as we will need this to keep track of your returned item. Items returned without an RMA number will attract an administration charge of £20.

Refunds

Meditations Ltd. will issue a refund within seven to ten business days of receiving your returned StressEraser. Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order.
